Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 14, 2026
Prime AI Consultants LLC ("Prime," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect through this website, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you. This Policy covers the public marketing website only. It does not describe data handling under separate written consulting agreements.
1. Information you provide
We may collect information you voluntarily provide through the contact form or by email, including:
- Name
- Work email address
- Company
- Role or job title
- Primary system or technology environment
- Desired project timing or timeline
- Information included in an inquiry or other communication
As of the effective date, the public contact form does not request a phone number. If you choose to call or email us, we may retain the contact details you share.
Please do not submit passwords, production data, trade secrets, personal information relating to other people, regulated information, security-sensitive information, or other confidential material through the public contact form. We ask you to keep that material offline until an agreement is in place.
2. Information collected automatically
When you use the website, our hosting and related providers may automatically process technical information such as:
- IP address
- Browser and device type
- Operating system
- Referring page
- Pages viewed
- Date and time of access
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Website performance, security, and interaction data
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the website is used and how quickly pages load. Both are provided by Vercel, our hosting provider, and are designed to work without cookies and without cross-site tracking. We use them to measure aggregate, non-identifying information such as page views, the pages visited, referring sources, approximate geographic region, device and browser categories, and page performance measurements such as load timing. This information is reported to us in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with information you submit through the contact form.
Vercel processes this information on our behalf as our hosting provider. Vercel's own privacy documentation describes how it handles data for these services. We do not use Google Analytics or any comparable third-party advertising or behavioral analytics product on this website. Fonts and other static assets may be delivered through third-party content networks (currently Google Fonts), which may receive technical request data such as IP address when pages load.
The public contact form prepares a draft message addressed to our business inbox and opens it in the email option you choose (Gmail, Outlook, or your email app). Submitting the form does not send data to a third-party form processor on our servers. The email service you choose processes and transmits the message you send, subject to that service's practices.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Evaluate and respond to inquiries
- Communicate about potential or existing business relationships
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website
- Maintain appropriate business and legal records
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations and protect rights
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers acting on our behalf, including Vercel (hosting) and email or communications providers used to receive and respond to inquiries
- Other hosting, security, font/CDN, and professional-service providers needed to operate the website
- Advisors, insurers, accountants, auditors, and legal counsel
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of our services
- A successor or participant in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law
We do not sell contact-form information, and we do not disclose it for third-party direct marketing.
5. Sale and sharing
Prime does not sell personal information for money. The website does not use advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or retargeting pixels. The analytics service described in Section 2 does not use cookies and does not track visitors across other websites. If our practices change, this Policy will be updated and any required choice mechanisms will be implemented.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. Our providers may use strictly necessary technologies to operate, secure, and deliver the website. The analytics service described in Section 2 is designed to operate without cookies and without persistent identifiers, and it reports aggregated measurements rather than individual visitor profiles. The site may use browser local storage for optional preference storage on your device (for example, dismissing a temporary announcement if one is shown).
7. Retention
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information, purpose, sensitivity, and applicable requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure. Messages you send by email involve your email provider and our email systems, which are outside Prime’s sole control.
9. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, subject to applicable law and appropriate verification. You may also ask questions about our privacy practices.
Email: hello@primeaiconsultants.com
10. California residents
California law may provide eligible residents with rights regarding personal information, depending on whether Prime is subject to the applicable law and whether an exception applies. These rights may include requesting access, correction, or deletion and receiving information about collection, use, and disclosure.
Prime will not discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right. Requests may be submitted to hello@primeaiconsultants.com. Prime may need to verify a request and may deny or limit it where permitted by law.
This section describes possible rights and does not claim that Prime is subject to the CCPA unless counsel confirms statutory thresholds and applicability.
11. Do Not Track and preference signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” settings. Because there is no universally accepted response standard, the website may not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals.
If Prime becomes subject to a law requiring recognition of browser-based opt-out preference signals, Prime will implement and describe the applicable process.
12. Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact hello@primeaiconsultants.com.
13. External links
The website may link to third-party services, including LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal obligations. The effective date above indicates when the Policy was last revised.
