The Founder
The company was founded by someone with 30 years of enterprise systems experience and 18 years specifically inside semiconductor and discrete manufacturing operations.

Antonio Rojas
Founder & CEO · AI Solutions Architect
30 years of enterprise systems experience, including 18 years inside semiconductor and discrete manufacturing operations. Not as a consultant visiting facilities. As someone who built, debugged, and improved production systems.
He knows where yield data hides, why reports break under pressure, and what engineers will actually trust when the logic is transparent.
Before Prime AI, he led applications development and SAP implementations across North America and Latin America in enterprise manufacturing environments.
Every engagement starts with understanding your specific system, constraints, and definition of truth before any AI connection is made.
Fernando Rojas
Co-Founder · Product & Operations
Fernando builds the infrastructure that turns manufacturing expertise into a scalable business. His background spans product, engineering, and how those two things should actually talk to each other.
Most recently, he built enterprise career platforms at Disney—the systems and candidate experiences that run global talent acquisition for one of the world’s largest companies. Before that: product-scale work at La Mer (Estée Lauder), technical implementation at Santa Clara University, AR experiences at Snap, and co-founding Dorothy’s Calculator (an edtech platform that reached 22,000+ students and won the T-Mobile Changemaker Award).
Right now, he’s pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at Harvard Extension School, focusing on AI, systems design, and how to build platforms that scale. His role at Prime AI is to make sure what Antonio knows—built over 30 years in operations—becomes a product every manufacturer can access.
He’s comfortable in three domains: building technical systems that work, understanding product-market fit, and doing the unglamorous work of turning expertise into scalable processes.
